About Mehdi Prints
Mohammad Mehdi is a graduate of Pakistan School of Fashion Design (PSFD) which is associated with La Chambre Syndicate de la Couture parisienne, France. He took up his passion for sculpture and pottery after the completion of his degree but later on, for his sake of interest, switched to the fashion world in 2002 by launching a small collection. His product range is focused on bridal, formal and ready to wear. The success of that collection led to the launch of brand Mehdi in 2004. Mohammad Mehdi is the driving force of his brand and now is one of the top most brands of Pakistan. The fashion label has been manufacturing and distributing the most striking and trendy designs for the people in love with fashion.
The hard work of Mehdi paid well and today, the brand has a loyal clientele and admirers of his work, in Pakistan as well as abroad. Mehdi’s fashion shows have secured huge success in Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Houston, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, London, Portland, Romania and Mauritius.
The fashion label has established its outlets in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Dubai, Manchester, Chicago, New York and Los Angeles. It has appeared over a huge amount of fashion magazine covers. Mehdi believes in statements, rather than in what is trendy. “Versatility is what he labels is his biggest strength”.
Mehdi test himself and his creations, by adding more into them, be it his casuals or formals, couture or prêt-a-porter. His forte is to craft the perfect design for the modern woman, who wants to be modern and yet preserve her cultural roots. His clothes are the personification of today’s woman, who desires to be all she can be.
